If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can request a full refund, no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) within the first two weeks after their purchase.

Returns

  • Items are not supplied on a sale or return basis. Return of non-faulty items will only be accepted at the sole discretion of the Company and must be approved in writing within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items specifically ordered, customized, or made according to the Customer’s specifications cannot be returned unless faulty, subject to the Company’s conditions and at its sole discretion.
  • All items must be inspected by the Customer at the time of delivery, as a signature on the delivery note constitutes acceptance.
  • If the Customer is not satisfied with the items, and they are not defective, the Company reserves the right to accept or reject the return at its absolute discretion.
  • If an item is found to be defective under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), the Company may choose to replace or repair the item rather than refunding the cost, at its discretion within 14 days of purchase.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 15 working days.

Return Procedure and Conditions

  1. The Customer must email the Company’s Customer Service Team at co*****@ae*******.uk to state the reason for their return. The intention to return items must be confirmed in writing no later than 3 working days from delivery if the defect or damage is apparent, or within 5 working days if it is not immediately visible. All items must remain unopened and in their original condition.
  2. If the Company is at fault, it will arrange and cover the costs of the product return. If the error is on the Customer’s part, the Customer is responsible for organizing and covering the return costs. The Company can assist with returns of small items at a fee of £12.50 from the UK Mainland. Please contact the Company for further details.
  3. The Company accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
  4. Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
  5. Items that have been damaged, improperly handled, partially opened, used, or tampered with (including seals and labels) will not be accepted for return.
  6. Items received back in a non-resalable condition will not be credited.
