1. Introduction
The AMiKO Professional Ambassador Programme is designed for Aesthetics Professionals, salon and clinic owners (both medics and non-medics) who use AMiKO Professional Line products and wish to recommend our brand to other salons.
By joining the Programme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, you should meet the following criteria:
- Be a professional salon or clinic owner.
- Be familiar with AMiKO Professional Line products, their use and results.
Aesthderm Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Application and Approval
In order to join the Ambassador Programme, applicants are asked to fill in an application form.
Once your application is approved, Aesthderm Ltd will provide an ambassador referral link that can be shared with eligible salons and professional contacts.
The affiliate link is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or used by another person.
4. Referral Commission
Ambassadors will receive a commission equal to 10% of the net sales value (excluding VAT) of recommended salons that:
- Register through the Affiliate’s unique referral link; and
- Complete a qualifying purchase of AMiKO Professional Line products and any products from www.aesthderm.co.uk.
The commission applies for a period of three (3) months from the date of the referred salon’s first registration.
Only completed and paid orders qualify for commission.
5. Commission Exclusions
Commissions will not be paid on:
- Orders cancelled, refunded, or disputed.
- Purchases made before registration through the affiliate link.
- VAT, taxes, delivery fees, or additional charges.
6. Payment and Rewards Options
Affiliate Partners may choose one of the following reward options:
Option 1 – Product Rewards: Earned commissions may be exchanged for products from the Aesthderm range purchased on www.aesthderm.co.uk.
Option 2 – Cash Payment: Affiliate Partners may request payment of earned commissions by bank transfer. Before any cash payment is processed, the Affiliate Partner must provide a valid invoice or any legally required documentation. Payments will only be made after verification and approval of the commission amount.
7. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliate Partners agree to:
- Promote AMiKO Professional Line honestly and professionally.
- Use only approved marketing materials and claims provided by Aesthderm Ltd.
- Avoid making misleading statements about AMiKO Professional Line products.
- Protect the reputation and image of the AMiKO Professional Line brand.
8. Brand Representation
Becoming an Affiliate Partner does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency agreement between the Affiliate Partner and Aesthderm Ltd. Affiliate Partners act independently and are responsible for their own promotional activities.
9. Programme Changes and Termination
Aesthderm Ltd reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Programme at any time.
- Update commission rates, conditions, or reward options with prior notice.
- Remove any Affiliate Partner who violates these Terms & Conditions or damages the reputation of the brand.
Any approved commissions earned before termination will be handled according to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Data Protection
Personal information collected through the Affiliate Programme will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Aesthderm Ltd privacy policy.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to become an Aesthderm Ltd Ambassador Partner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
How to complete your application
Please print this page, sign it, and email a scan or photo to co*****@**********co.uk together with your full name, business/salon name (if applicable), and the email address you registered with. Your account will be reviewed and approved once we receive your signed agreement.
